Open Studio is provided to encourage art exploration or as we fondly call it "artsploration". We provide the supplies and the space so that families can concentrate on the creation process and spend valuable time bonding. Leave the prep and clean up to us! We have numerous project examples that are prepped and ready for you to complete or feel free to use the endless craft supplies that we offer to come up with your own creation. We have a bead and fabric room, paper crafts area, paint room, splatter room, and recycled arts room. The possibilities are endless!
We offer Open Studio hours 5 days a week and you are free to come whenever you would like during our open hours. No preregistration required and we charge a per hour fee. You are free to bring home all that you create and parents/caregivers are encouraged to create, but not required to pay for their participation as long as they are accompanied by a child.
Saturday: Private Events & Parties
$10/hour for children 3 and under
$15/hour for children 4 and over
Splatter Paint Room
The splatter room is a total body experience. It is the one place it is ok to let the paint fly and cover the walls. We recommend not wearing your Sunday's best. The paint provided is washable, but that being said please dress in clothing you do not mind getting dirty and depending on your artist you may want to pack a change of clothes for the ride home.
This area is the heart of the studio and where most young artists spend their time. We provide tempera paints, assorted watercolors, dotters, finger paints and more. Artists can grab a plan sheet of paper or one of the many prepped paper projects to decorate.
Recycled Arts Room
One man's trash is another man's treasure. This room is stocked by our wonderful community and includes household recyclables, items from nature and all sorts of bits, babbles, and treasures.
