The Kindergarten Countdown

One last adventure before the big first day!

Designed especially for incoming kindergarteners, The Kindergarten Countdown is a two-day celebration of creativity, play, friendship, and growing independence. We’ll spend our mornings making art, exploring outdoors, playing games, getting messy, and practicing the rhythms of being part of a group—all without turning kindergarten readiness into school before school even starts.

This isn’t about worksheets, academics, or making sure kids are “ready.” It’s about giving them a joyful place to practice the things that matter most: trying something new, asking for help, navigating friendships, making choices, solving problems, and discovering just how capable they already are.

We’ll send our newest big kids off to kindergarten feeling connected, confident, and very appropriately covered in art supplies.
